With over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, couples and families, my passion is supporting families in strengthening their relationships, managing conflict, and thriving as a unit. My approach is both holistic and systemic, and I focus on understanding the root of client concerns. I have experience in a variety of settings (ex., community clinics, Alberta Health Services, Child and Family Services), and with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, stress, self-esteem, parent-child conflict, and relationship issues.
I have received training at the Calgary Family Therapy Center and am trained in systemic family therapy. I have also received training in individual modalities including emotion-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and person-centered therapy.
If you or your family member is struggling, I would love to support you in building up your connection and working through conflicts so that you can have strong and supportive relationships.
