Sheri Sadowick is a trauma-informed therapeutic counsellor passionate about helping people navigate tougher moments with more ease, strength, and confidence. Whether you're working through parenting struggles, relationship challenges, or healing from past trauma, Sheri is here to listen and guide you forward. With over 20 years supporting families and individuals, plus her own lived experience through healing and parenting, she brings both professional expertise and real, honest understanding to every session.

Sheri's focus areas are trauma recovery and parenting & relationship support, including families managing the pressures of shift rotation work, such as oilfield and trades families balancing solo parenting with a partner's time away and reintegration.
